The Charity is governed by a Trustee Board, which is made up of the Governors of Harrow School. Responsibility is devolved to a Charity Management Board and other sub committees to scrutinise applications made to the Charity and also closely monitor the performance and management of the Charity’s assets. The Charity Management Board and sub committees are made up of current Governors of Harrow School and co-opted members from the voluntary sector.
The day to day running of the Charity is overseen by the Chief Executive and assisted by the Grants Director, Finance Director and their respective teams.
